Into Me You See is a workshop that weaves together different embodiment practices to get you out of the habitual thinking patterns of the mind (and body) and open to seeing that which is laying dormant within that may be running the show beneath the surface. An enlightening and empowering experience that intends to reclaim the power of rest and pleasure in dynamic moment to overcome resistance and shake off that which is not needed where you're heading. 

Please wear something you are comfortable to move in and a journal for reflection.

This workshop is open to all levels, whether you are seasoned embodied yogi or a first time practitioner, a beginner's mind and an open heart will be all that is required.
