This extended class blends meditation, gratitude, movement, and intention setting, allowing ample time for introspection and connection. We begin by grounding through meditation, followed by a gratitude practice to honor the abundance of life. Then, through gentle movement, we release tension and open up the body, creating space for deeper flow. The final part of this journey is dedicated to a reading and intention-setting for the month ahead. The class concludes with a group sharing circle, allowing you to connect, reflect, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered by both yourself and the community.
